CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility
At Grupo Residencial, we see social responsibility as a way to actively engage with and make a positive impact on the communities where we build our projects. That’s why we’ve organized our initiatives around three pillars: education, sports, and the environment, through programs and partnerships that address specific needs and track their results.
The Pillars of Our Social Impact
Education
We strengthen learning conditions through classroom improvements, the “Leader in Me” program, school garden projects, cleanup days at schools, and a scholarship program for teachers.
Environment
Since 2019, we’ve run the Reciclotón program to promote recycling, responsible waste management, and community participation. The initiative began in Paseo del Norte and later expanded to Brisas del Golf Arraiján. Since it started, it has collected more than 150 tons of waste for recycling.
In 2024 alone, we held 24 collection drives and recovered 57.93 tons of materials, with the participation of residents, businesses, associations, and Grupo Residencial volunteers, along with support from organizations like ANCON and Marea Verde.
Sports
We use sports as a tool to build teamwork, perseverance, and respect among children and young people. In 2024, we organized tournaments and sports activities for residents and employees. We also run programs with Fundación Faydola and Fútbol con Corazón in communities near Brisas del Golf Arraiján and Paseo del Norte, in Panama.
