Yes. We make the buying process easier through a network of partner banks in Panama and guide clients through the mortgage process. The loan, its approval, and its terms are set directly by each financial institution. Depending on the project, benefits such as preferential interest rates may also be available.

In accordance with our Owner’s Manual, we offer a general one-year warranty for damage arising from home construction, counted from the date of the occupancy permit.
