Grupo Residencial is founded by Carlos Moses Arias, José Sosa, Rogelio Arango Chiari, and Fernando Sosa, with the goal of developing housing solutions within planned residential developments for Panamanian families.

Paseo del Norte introduces a mixed-use community model in North Panama. Planned across more than 240 hectares, it brings together residential projects, retail areas, education, recreation, and services within a single development.

2009 - Brisas del Golf Arrives in West Panama
Our experience in planned communities extends to West Panama with Brisas del Golf Arraiján, registered in September 2009. Its phased growth has added homes, shops, common areas, and sports and recreational infrastructure.

2019 - New Spaces and Community Initiatives
Parque RACH opens in Paseo del Norte, with 2.7 hectares dedicated to recreation, physical activity, and community gatherings. That same year, Reciclotón is launched—a program that later expands to Brisas del Golf Arraiján and has collected more than 150 tons of waste for recycling.
