Tambi\u00e9n es necesario que posean un excelente servicio postventa, para ofrecer la atenci\u00f3n en el menor tiempo posible y aclarar las dudas que sean necesarias.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>15 a\u00f1os de CONVIVIENDA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el a\u00f1o 2003, las empresas promotoras agremiadas han construido m\u00e1s de 70 mil \u00a0viviendas, lo que representa el 76 % del desarrollo inmobiliario, con un 99.74% de satisfacci\u00f3n sobre las obras construidas, seg\u00fan la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #444444;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #444444; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/convivienda.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/REVISTA-CONVIVIENDA-11.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revista anual de CONVIENDA<\/a><\/strong><\/span> en su edici\u00f3n n\u00famero 11, julio de 2018.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seg\u00fan estad\u00edsticas de la <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #444444;\"><a style=\"color: #444444; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/acodeco.gob.pa\/inicio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Autoridad de Protecci\u00f3n al consumidor y Defensa de la Competencia en Panam\u00e1 (ACODECO)<\/strong><\/a><\/span> las quejas presentadas durante la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada comparadas con las viviendas construidas por agremiados en CONVIVIENDA, en ese mismo lapso de tiempo, solo el 0.89% eran quejas presentadas a los promotores del gremio.
